General Terms and Conditions

These are the general terms and conditions of sale that apply to all bookings and transactions made at our apart-hotel and apartments.


By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these conditions:

General booking conditions
100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

The tourist tax is €0.66 per adult per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, and must be paid in cash or by card in person.

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the start date of the stay, unless otherwise indicated.

The booking is non-cancellable.

The booking can be modified.

For any changes related to the stay dates, please contact us directly at info@apartahotelbaldiri.com at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Reservation

By making a reservation on our website, the guest agrees to the following general conditions. To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay, the number of guests, etc. Your booking will only be confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or WhatsApp from us. If you do not receive this email, please contact us through the phone number or email address info@apartahotelbaldiri.com or +34 607 68 39 01.


Check-in and Check-out

Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times set by the property to allow the rooms to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.


Check-in Policy

The room is available from 15:30 hours, unless an earlier check-in is available (which we cannot guarantee in any case).


Check-out Policy

The room must be vacated before 11:00 hours.


Rates and Payments

The payment for your stay is made according to the conditions stated at the time of booking, such as the total amount of the booking and any service charges.


The change of dates conditions vary depending on the type of booking and the rate selected.


Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with the rules and policies of the property during their stay. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.


Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The property is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.


Accommodation Liability

We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents or accidents outside our control. In case of any problems or complaints during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate steps to resolve the situation.

Quiet Hours

From 22:00 to 08:00, guests are requested to maintain silence to avoid disturbing other guests who wish to rest.


Prohibition of Parties or Noisy Events

To ensure the tranquility of our guests and respect the rules of coexistence, parties or noisy events are not allowed on the premises.


Respect for Property and Other Guests

Guests must respect both the common and private property, as well as other guests staying at the property.


Safety Rules

Guests must comply with the established safety rules, such as the proper use of facilities.


Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement: A deposit may be required on the day of your check-in to protect us from any damage or loss that may occur during your stay.


Deposit Amount: The deposit amount is €100.


Refundable Deposit: The deposit will be refunded after verifying that everything is in order and safe, and can usually take up to 1-2 days after check-out.


Partial Stays

No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights unless otherwise specified in the booking.


Unforeseen Circumstances

In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the cancellation terms may be adjusted at the discretion of the hotel management.


Communication

Guests will be promptly informed of any changes to the cancellation terms due to force majeure events.


Pet Policy

We do not offer pet-friendly accommodations for guests traveling with their furry companions.


Non-Smoking Policy

We are a smoke-free group. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and public spaces.


Designated Smoking Areas: There are designated outdoor smoking areas available for guests who wish to smoke. Guests who violate the non-smoking policy may be subject to additional cleaning and deodorizing charges.
